Dr. Vicky Bakhos Webb

Dr. Vicky Bakhos Webb, MD, MBA, FAAFP is a board certified family medicine physician. She treats a full spectrum of family medicine, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and women’s health. She, and everyone on her staff, want to make a difference in patients’ lives.

Dr. Bakhos Webb’s philosophy is to treat the underlying problem, as well as the symptoms. She focuses on the prevention of diseases to build a healthy foundation for each patient, providing high quality, compassionate care through open communication and respect.

Dr. Bakhos Webb and her team also offer aesthetics procedures as well as DOT physicals and many in-office procedures, such as joint injections, incision and drainage, skin biopsies, and more.

She enjoys working out, traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, scuba diving, volunteering, and doing community outreach. Dr. Bakhos Webb is fluent in French and Arabic.

Nicole Whitley, FNP-C

Meet Nicole Whitley, a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. With a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic aspirations, Nicole employs her artistic touch and the latest, safest techniques with innovative modalities to bring your goals to fruition. Beyond the clinic, you'll find her enjoying quality time with her husband and four kids. Rooted in Midland for over a decade, Nicole is your dedicated partner in transforming aesthetic dreams into reality.

Erin Pabody, FNP- C

I am so excited to become a part of Vie Concierge Medicine. I initially started my love for medicine as a nurse in 2008 then went on to graduate from Georgetown University (Go Hoyas!) in 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since then I have worked mainly as an emergency room provider gaining experience in regenerative health, mental health, women's health and aesthetics. I have a passion for preventive health while treating acute illness. My goal for each patient is to create an individualized health plan so they can live the best life they desire.
